Account Requirements
- You must be 18 years or older
- Provide accurate account information
- Keep your password secure
- Report unauthorized access immediately
- One account per person/business

Billing & Payments
- All payments processed by Stripe
- Subscriptions billed monthly or annually in advance
- Auto-renewal unless cancelled before renewal date
- Price changes communicated 30 days in advance
- You are responsible for any applicable taxes
Promotional Codes (RU Codes)
Codes from partners (AppSumo, PitchGround, etc.) or promotions:
- Each code provides specific credit allocations
- Typically single-use per account
- Cannot be exchanged for cash
- May have expiration dates
- Credits don't expire while account is active
Prohibited: Creating multiple accounts to abuse codes, selling/trading codes, or unauthorized public distribution.
Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Send spam or unsolicited messages
- Post fake reviews or manipulate ratings
- Violate CAN-SPAM, GDPR, TCPA, or other regulations
- Use the service for illegal purposes
- Attempt to hack or reverse engineer the platform
- Abuse SMS/email features beyond fair usage
- Harass or harm others
Intellectual Property
Your Content: You retain ownership of your data. You grant us license to process it for providing services.
Our Content: ReviewUrge platform, branding, and code are owned by Master Junction.
Limitation of Liability
Service provided "AS IS". We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Maximum liability limited to amounts paid in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
Account Termination
Upon termination:
- Access ceases immediately
- Export your data before terminating
- Unused credits are non-refundable
- Data deleted after 30 days
Refund/Cancellation Policy
Summary: We offer a 14-day refund policy for new subscriptions. You can cancel your subscription at any time.
